Diffusion bonding

Diffusion bonding is a technology of bonding metals by applying pressure and heating. It allows to bond products without melting the material or using an adhesive. Bonding a fine-processed thin plate allows not only to process a thicker plate, which is a weak point of etching, but also make patterns that are difficult to produce with normal machining (wire cutting, laser cutting, etc.). This method is characterized by flatness and the absence of gaps. It allows to make flow channels and other complex figures in sealed patterns. Product examples include various jigs, heat exchangers, thick plate meshes, absorption plates, etc. Since the design allows a high degree of freedom, we can discuss details with customers using specific drawings.
