Pretreatment (material cleaning)

The process of cleaning and preparation of the material surface. Oils and oxides deposited on metal surfaces cause uneven finish.
Therefore, the pretreatment is important to maintain a high degree of photo etching accuracy. We use an automatic pretreatment machine to perform degreasing, cleaning, and drying in an integrated process. Please contact us for further information, questions, or if you need specific degreasing.
